## Symptoms

- After major upgrade using the CPUSE Clish "installer install" command and reboot, system starts with fresh installed version and requires to run the First Time Configuration Wizard.

## Cause

The Clish command "*installer install XXX*" is used for:

* CPUSE fresh / clean installation of a Major version
* CPUSE upgrade to a Minor version (in versions R77.30 and lower)
* CPUSE installation of a hotfix

Note:

* In versions R80 and higher:
  * All versions are considered "**Major**" (for example, upgrade from R80.20 to R80.30, or upgrade from R80.20 to R81)
* In versions R77.30 and lower:
  * All R\<xx\> versions are considered "**Major**" (for example, R77, R76, R75)
  * All R\<xx\>.\<yy\> versions are considered "**Minor**" (for example, R77.30, R77.10, R75.46)
