## Symptoms

- * Domain licenses imported through the SmartDomain Manager ('General tab\> MDS Configuration \> Licenses tab') incorrectly attach domain blades to MDS.
* Domain licenses installed from command line using the file and `cplic put -l `*<file name>* command incorrectly attach domain blades to MDS.

## Cause

Central CPSB-DMN-x and CPSB-DMN-LOGS licenses installed through 'General Tab \> MDS Configuration' or using the *cplic put-l* command are incorrectly adding these licenses as local licenses, instead of Central.
These options were designed to work with Provider-1 Legacy licensing, which were always local licenses. The Global SmartDomain SmartUpdate was redesigned in R75 to support the new central licensing for security domain blades.
