## Symptoms

- * Scenario 1:
  * When establishing SIC with new Security Gateway, it fails with error: `"Not communicating. Authentication error [error no. 147]."`
  * The file: $CPDIR/log/cpd.elg is showing the following log:`
    conn from X.X.X.X to entity ? (0x86ed7f8) failed (0) No SIC error message`.
  * The following line is seen in the Security gateway $CPDIR/log/cpd.elg file and in the Security management's $FWDIR/log/fwm.elg file:
    `fwasync_do_mux_in: XXX: read: Connection reset by peer`
  * Running 'tcpdump' on both sides - Management and Gateway - on both sides it is found that they are receiving RST packets, but are not sending them.
* Scenario 2:
  * GUI clients cannot connect to Security Management machine, where FWM shows the error:
    `conn from X.X.X.X to entity ? (0x86ed7f8) failed (0) No SIC error message`
  * Taking wireshark on the client machine and tcpdump on the Security Management server / CMA, RST packets are received, but not sent by them
  * On the Security Management $FWDIR/log/fwm.elg the following log is seen: `fwasync_do_mux_in: XXX: read: Connection reset by peer`
* Security Gateway has valid MySICname after SIC establishment in the file: $CPDIR/registry/HKLM_registry.data
