# sk119833 - Output of "fwaccel stat" shows "Accelerator Status : off by Firewall (failed to update link selection due to error 3 (ip: X.X.X.X, command: 0))" after a policy installation

## Symptoms

- * After a policy installation, output of "`fwaccel stat`" command on Security Gateway / Cluster Member shows:

  `Accelerator Status : off by Firewall (failed to update link selection due to error 3 (ip: X.X.X.X, command: 0))`
* Additional policy installation resolves the issue.

## Cause

Issue may occur intermittently when Check Point VPN kernel module tries to update SecureXL module without verifying that SecureXL is ready.
