# sk119732 - Unable to login to R80.x SmartConsole after upgrade from R77.30

## Symptoms

- * Cannot login to R80.x SmartConsole after upgrade from R77.x.  

* Error in cpm.elg file:  

  ` [DATE TIME PID] ERROR coresvc.internal.ValidationsSvcImpl [main]: severity of validation error [ValidationIncident{incidentType='OBJECT'{validationDisplayName='Name uniqueness'{blade='null'{validationName='NameUniquenessValidation', severity=BLOCKING_ERROR, message='More than one object named 'IPX.X.X.X' exists.', validationContext=[MultiObjectsValidationContext{validatedObjIdList=[f4e50e5c-8665-482d-8d9c-f8cc043c5879, 5dd36583-7eac-4de9-a1a2-b61887b27590]}]}] is above the allowed level WARNING. Update is aborted!`

* IP X.X.X.X is one of the many GUI Clients that were defined using cpconfig in R77.30.

  There are also host objects defined with the same IPs.

* "`Failed to connect to the Database`" error when running CPCONFIG in R80.10 environment.

* Security Management Server is not listening on Port 19009./

## Cause

The problem that during server startup we have a code that converts GUI clients from legacy GUI-clients file into DB and there was an error about duplication of objects.
