## Symptoms

- * Logs for Application Control and URL Filtering blades do not show the Sent Bytes / Received Bytes / Total Bytes (accounting) data fields.
* Traffic column is empty in SmartView Tracker.

## Cause

Application Control and URL Filtering logs do not present accounting data if there is a UserCheck action in the matching rule.
