# sk118895 - "Cannot fetch license information due to a general error. Refer to sk114615 with error ID: 18" is displayed for "Anti-Spam &amp; Email Security" blade after upgrade of Management Server

## Symptoms

- * After disabling the "Anti-Spam \& Email Security" blade in the Security Gateway / Cluster object, it is displayed as available with the correct contract expiration date.

* "`Cannot fetch license information due to a general error. Refer to `[sk114615](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk114615)` with error ID: 18`" is displayed for "Anti-Spam \& Email Security" blade in the SmartConsole (on the Navigation Toolbar, click on the "`GATEWAYS & SERVERS`" app - select the Security Gateway / Cluster object - on the "`Summary`" tab, click on the "`Device & License Information...`" link - go to the "`License status`" pane).

* Debug of *in.msd* daemon (per [sk92264](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk92264)) on the Security Gateway / Cluster Members shows:  

  `XML Translation Failed, error 002`

* Issue started after upgrade of Management Server to R80.x.

## Cause

The Anti-Spam configuration is missing the Check Point User Center credentials for Database Updates.
