## Symptoms

- Mobile Access Gateway fails to authenticate user's certificate after user's Distinguished Name is changed in Active Directory.

## Cause

During Mobile Access login, the Mobile Access Gateway authenticates the certificate's registered Distinguished Name with the actual Active Directory Distinguished Name. If there is a mismatch, the authentication fails.
