## Symptoms

- * User enabled the feature "Ability for the end users to send the original e-mail to their mailbox through UserCheck portal " as per [sk114613](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk114613).  
  User connected from mobile phone cannot send original e-mail to their mailbox via UserCheck portal as the "Send" button is missing from portal page.
* When a user is connected from a PC -- there is no issue.
