## Symptoms

- Adding a new VLAN ID causes the ClusterXL member to change to "Down" state.

## Cause

* Connecting switch has IGMP snooping enabled but isn�t forwarding multicast traffic as expected
* Connecting switch is dropping multicast traffic
* CCP packets are not forwarded to peer member
