# sk118313 - "Gateway objects XXX and YYY have same main IP address: Z.Z.Z.Z" warning after installing policy

## Symptoms

- * "`Gateway objects <Gateway 1 name> and <Gateway 2 name> have same main IP address: <IP address>". This can cause abnormal behaviour to your network. Please change the IP address of one of these objects.`" warning after installing a Security policy.  
  The warning is referring to DAIP gateway objects:

* Some traffic does not match any rule although is should be.

## Cause

DAIP object gateways receive a dummy IP address automatically when defining them. Sometimes that same dummy IP address is assigned to more than one DAIP gateway object.
