# sk118092 - "Unknown Status" is displayed in SmartDomain Manager for a Domain Log Server

## Symptoms

- * "`Unknown Status`" is displayed in SmartDomain Manager for a Domain Log Server.

* Output of "`mdsstat`" command shows that all processes up for the Domain Log Server.

* Resetting the Domain Log Server from SmartDomain Manager does not change the status.

* Restarting the Domain Log Server (with "`mdsstop_customer / mdsstart_customer`" command) does not change the status.

## Cause

ICA corruption with the Domain Management Server.
