## Symptoms

- * Users are not matched correctly by Identity Awareness cluster.

* Output of '`ps aux | grep pdp`' command does not show the '`pdp`' process (i.e., it is not running).

* *$FWDIR/log/pdpd.elg* file shows:  

  `kiss_htab_assert: fatal error in kiss_htab_destroy: kiss htab(0) is invalid (kiss_htab.c:...)`

* "`daemon did not respond or not running`" when running the "`pdp debug`" command.

* Output of the "`cpinfo -y all`" command on Cluster Members shows different Hotfixes / Takes of Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator.

## Cause

Inconsistency between cluster members.
