## Symptoms

- * Cannot see mail content in OWA (Outlook Web Access) via the MAB portal when using iOS mobile devices.
* The issue happens in all browsers types.
* There is no issue with Android mobile devices or a PC.
* In the Post request of the OWA mail content, the X-OWA-CANARY header value is *X-OWA-CANARY_cookie_is_null_or_empty* and the HTTP response for that is HTTP/1.1 449.

## Cause

**Environment:** OWA is set to use PT (Path Translation).

When browsing to OWA 2016 via PT, see many '449' responses because an OWA Canary cookie remains invalid:

*X-OWA-CANARY: X-OWA-CANARY_cookie_is_null_or_empty*.
