## Symptoms

- * DAIP gateway takes a long time to establish a VPN permanent tunnel (DPD) after reboot.
* According to *vpnd.elg* (which started 3 minutes after *VPND* started), there is an ongoing negotiation which seems to have been initiated 3 seconds after *VPND* started and it takes 20 minutes to delete it and start a new one.
