## Symptoms

- * After updating the Application Control database to a new version, GUI shows that the update has been completed, but once the update window is closed, dashboard shows that there is still an update available: ![](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/sc/SolutionsStatics/sk116722/version1704060546.png)

* After upgrading to R80, Application Control shows that a new version is available even though the applications database is up to date.

## Cause

Some values related to APPI update objects were incorrectly updated during the upgrade.

In "GuiDbEdit \> "*products_updates* " table \> *ApplicationsDownloadPackageConfig* \> *fdt_version_filte* r", the value of the "*fdt_version_filter*" is set to the wrong value.
