# sk116581 - Unable to login to Gaia WebUI while VPN is disabled

## Symptoms

- * Unable to login to Gaia on port 443, but able to login to Gaia on a different port.
* Browser shows error relating to TLS and CIPHER although following sk115153 does not solve the issue.
* VPND Debug shows that currently there is no Certificate issued on the Gateway in question:

  ```
  
   [ 7827][24 Mar  9:33:45][CPTLS] fetch_certificate_keyholder: ''cert_reference'' is empty 
  ```

* httpd2 debug shows the following error:

  ```
  Client 127.0.0.1) SSL handshake failed: HTTPS spoken on HTTPS port; trying to send HTML error page.
  SSL Library Error:  error:  SSL routines:SSL23_GET_CLIENT_HELLO:http request speaking HTTP to HTTPS port!?
  ```

* While disabling the 'UserCheck' feature, the issue is resolved.

## Cause

IPsec VPN blade is disabled and multiple Portals are being used. The Certificate fails to load, or is revoked.
