## Symptoms

- * E-mails are not passing through the DLP Gateway configured as Mail Transfer Agent (MTA).

* Output of the "`/opt/postfix/usr/sbin/postqueue -c /opt/postfix/etc/postfix/ -p`" command on the Security Gateway shows that e-mails are stuck in Postfix queue.

* Running Postfix under debug shows the following error in the */var/log/maillog\** files:  

  ``mkdir: cannot create directory `/opt/postfix/var/lib/postfix': No such file or directory``
