# sk116468 - Name resolution is not working on a Macintosh with Endpoint Security Client

## Symptoms

- * After connecting with Endpoint Security Client users on Macintosh cannot resolve DNS names.
* On Windows PC's the issue does not occur.
* Multiple DNS suffixes are used for office mode in optional parameters.
* Ping using the full FQDN is working and nslookup for the same name is working.

## Cause

The DNS suffix has not been added correctly.
