# sk116434 - "cphaprob list" command shows "problem (non-blocking)" for "Interface Active Check"

## Symptoms

- Output of the "`cphaprob list`" command on the cluster member shows:

Device Name: Interface Active Check
Current state: problem (non-blocking)
```

## Cause

This state is displayed on the newly elected Active cluster member after a cluster fail-over occurred between cluster members due to a problem with cluster interface(s) on the former Active cluster (i.e., when the Device "Interface Active Check" on the former Active cluster reported its state as "problem").

The "non-blocking" means that this cluster member does not block the traffic.
