## Symptoms

- * SmartView Tracker log shows a VoIP INVITE drop:  

  ```
  
  Protocol: sip (5060)
  VoIP Log Type - Reject
  VoIP Reject Reason - Malformed SIP Packet
  VoIP Reject Reason Information - Invalid SDP Header
  ```

* Kernel Debug (fw ctl debug -m fw + sip nat xlate xltrc drop) shows:  
  `sip_save_sdp: unexcpected CSeq_method_type=-2;`  
  `
  sip_handle_sdp: failed to save SDP. dropping;`

## Cause

The configuration that is used (VoIP system + Asterisk server) is not RFC compliant.
