## Symptoms

- "Find URL Categories" window on "Application \& URL Filtering" tab shows "Risk: Unknown":

1. In SmartDashboard, go to the "*Application \& URL Filtering*" tab.
2. In the left upper tree, click on the "*Overview*".
3. Go to the widget "*Messages and Actions*" (by default, in the right upper corner).
4. In the search field, enter the URL (e.g., `www.netflix.com`) and press Enter.
5. The "*Find URL Categories*" window appears with relevant category.
6. The "*Risk:* " field shows "*Unknown* " for some URLs.

## Cause

In the URL Filtering, there is only one explicit risk used - "High Risk".
Meaning, for all URLs that were not categorized as "High Risk", the "*Risk:* " field in the "*Find URL Categories* " window will show "*Unknown*".
