# sk115742 - Cannot access the ICA Management tool using SSL

## Symptoms

- * When trying to connect to the ICA Management Tool using SSL the webpage is not opening.
* Starting the ICA Management Tool without SSL **(not recommended in production)** works fine.
* Debugging the cpca process while accessing the ICA Management tool shows the following errors: 1. sk_ssl_init: Failed to get key holder with file /opt/CPsuite-R77/fw1/state/InternalCA_site.p12 2. unable to get ssl params: Interrupted system call
* $FWDIR/log/cpca.elg logs "SvcSk_new_connection: unable to get ssl params: No such file or directory" for each SSL connection attempt.

## Cause

The 'InternalCA_site.p12' certificate is corrupted.
