## Symptoms

- * Unable to connect to Gaia Portal on TCP port 443 on the Security Gateway / Cluster Member.

  Web browser may show "`ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED`".
* The connection to Gaia Portal works after changing the Multi-Portal port from 443 to 4434 or 8443.

* In the Security Gateway object, unable to view the certificate on the "IPSec VPN" page in the section "Repository of Certificates Available on the Gateway".

* The output of "`netstat -tlnp | grep 443`" command on the Security Gateway shows that the `httpd2` daemon is listening on the TCP port 443.

* The kernel debug on the Security Gateway (`fw ctl zdebug + crypt`) while trying to connect to Gaia Portal shows one of these flows:

  * `get_cptls_params_id: 'ld_get' failed with params: XXX, XXX, XXX;`
    `
    vm_mux_cpas_generic_read_handler: get_cptls_params_id failed, trying to get default id;`
    `
    vm_mux_cpas_generic_read_handler: get_cptls_default_params_id failed;
