## Symptoms

- Cannot edit cluster member in R80 SmartConsole. User receives the following error message:

Fails with error : Failed to save object <Gateway name>.
Server error is: Object <Gateway name> (Cluster Member) cannot be locked..
(Code: 0x8003001D, Could not access file for write operation)
```

## Cause

Administrator that was logged in and performed changes to the object, did not publish his changes so the object remains locked in the database.
