# sk115577 - "No valid certificate with acceptable DN in the CAPI store" error for "Always Connect" when using certificate with non ASCII characters

## Symptoms

- * "No valid certificate with acceptable DN in the CAPI store" error for "Always Connect" (after reboot) when using certificate with non ASCII characters.  

* When user clicks on "Connect" button, connection is OK.  

* In *trac.log* you can see that the client does not find the certificate in the CAPI:  

  `[ ...][DATE TIME][Rais_CAPICERT] Rais_CAPICERT::CAPICert::GetFriendlyNameWithSerial: Inside GetFriendlyNameWithSerial - mFriendlyNameWithSerial = CN=?????? ??????? ????????,OU=CP_TEST,OU=CORPORATE Users,DC=testcorp,DC=ru(SerialNum=88725)`  
  `[ ...][DATE TIME][RaisCertManager] RaisCertManager::CertManager::GetCertByName: CertManager::GetCertByName: dn_buf from GetFriendlyNameWithSerial= [CN=?????? ??????? ????????,OU=CP_TEST,OU=CORPORATE Users,DC=testcorp,DC=ru(SerialNum=88725)]`  
  `[ ...][DATE TIME][RaisCertManager] RaisCertManager::CertManager::GetCertByName: temp_cert is null!! => No cert was found with the given cert_name= [CN=?????? ???/???? ????????,OU=CP_TEST,OU=CORPORATE Users,DC=testcorp,DC=ru(SerialNum=88725)]`

## Cause

Endpoint Security VPN cannot find the certificate in the CAPI.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:
