# sk115553 - Critical Device "routed" reports its state as "problem" after running the "clusterXL_admin up" command

## Symptoms

- * Output of "`cphaprob state`" command shows that State of the member is still "Down" after running the "clusterXL_admin up" command per [sk55081 - Best Practices - Manual fail-over in ClusterXL](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk55081).

* Output of "`cphaprob list`" command shows that Critical Device "routed" reports its state as "problem".

* Cluster kernel debug during this issue shows:  

  `;fwha_report_id_problem_status: Try to update state to ACTIVE due to pnote Problem Notification (desc routed);`

* */var/log/messages* file during this issue shows:  

  `routed[`*PID* `]: cpcl_vrf_master_listen_accept(...): entering cpcl_vrf_master_listen_accept`

## Cause

RouteD daemon must synchronize the Dynamic Routing information from the Active peer member.  
For example, if BGP is configured, such sync could take more than 30 minutes.
