# sk115394 - Cannot connect to the Gaia WebUI after changing the object name

| OS | Gaia |

## Symptoms

- * Unable to connect to the Gaia WebUI Platform Portal using port 443 (https://\<gateway IP address\>).
* The netstat command shows that port 443 is listening.

## Cause

The Check Point VPN certificate is invalid. If other blades (e.g. Identity Awareness - Browser-Authentication, TS Agent, Mobile Access) are using the same port as the Platform portal port (e.g. 443), then the Check Point VPN certificate is used - even when the IPSec VPN blade is not enabled. If the object name has changed, the certificate that was generated when the object was first created would have the original name in the DN.
