# sk115360 - Site to Site VPN tunnel fails to establish with the "certificate unavailable" error in the $FWDIR/log/ike.elg file

## Symptoms

- * Site to Site VPN tunnel fails to establish.
* The *$FWDIR/log/ike.elg* file on the Security Gateway contains the error "*certificate unavailable*".
* Resetting the SIC between the Security Gateway and the Management Server does not resolve the issue.

## Cause

Possible corruption in the certificate issued by the Internal CA for this Security Gateway.
