## Symptoms

- Cannot resolve internal names while connected to SNX in network mode.

## Cause

Two steps are required to allow SNX clients to use an internal DNS server over VPN:

1. Configure the internal DNS server as the DNS server of the client's Virtual Network Adapter (VNA)

2. Allow the DNS traffic in the Mobile Access policy
