# sk115131 - "vsx_util reconfigure" fails with "Failed to commit changes in the OS.Management interface must have an IP address." error in non-DMI configuration

## Cause

Currently, in VSX non-DMI configuration:

* Deletion of "Management" interface on VSX Gateway is not allowed.
* Setting an interface as "Management" without IP address is not allowed.
