## Symptoms

- "`Wrong Type (should be Gauge32 or Unsigned32): INTEGER`" message in SNMP Response (e.g., when running the `snmpwalk` command for Check Point OIDs).

## Cause

The involved Check Point OIDs are of type 'Unsigned32', but they were incorrectly defined as 'Counter32' in the MIB file (*$CPDIR/lib/snmp/chkpnt.mib* ) - e.g., `fwAccepted, fwDropped, fwNumConn, memTotalVirtual, procIdleTime, MultiProcEntry`.
