## Symptoms

- State of the upgraded Active VSX cluster member changes state from "Active" to "Ready" during the 'vsx_util reconfigure' process of the Standby VSX cluster member, which causes a traffic outage.

## Cause

During the 'vsx_util reconfigure' process of the Standby VSX cluster member, the Active VSX cluster member detected CCP packets that contain a lower software version than its own. By design, state of Active VSX cluster member changes to "Ready".
