# sk115029 - "vsx_util vsls" command fails with "Failed to redistribute the virtual systems. Can't save database." error on R80 Management Server

## Symptoms

- * The "vsx_util vsls" command on R80 Security Management Server / Domain Management Server fails with:

  `Failed to redistribute the virtual systems. Can't save database.`  
  `
  Cpmi_cmd_status_code -2147467259 can be seen in the vsx_util logfile.`
* The *vsx_util_\<YYYYMMDD_hh_mm\>.log* file shows:

  ```
  
  ... ...

* Debug of CPM during the issue shows the following in the *cpm.elg*:

  `
  `*Date Time*` INFO coresvc.internal.WorkSessionMgmtSvcImpl [...]: Session description enforcement is relevant for domain: XXX`  
  `
  `*Date Time*` WARN coresvc.internal.WorkSessionMgmtSvcImpl [...]: Work session must contain a name and description before publishing`  
  `
  `*Date Time*` ERROR coresvc.internal.WorkSessionMgmtSvcImpl [...]: Enforcement of session description failed
  `

## Cause

"`All sessions must have a name and description`" option is enabled in R80 SmartConsole (click on "`MANAGE & SETTINGS`" app - expand "`Sessions`" - click on "`Advanced`" - refer to "`Enforce session details`").

As a result, the "`vsx_util`" utility fails because it performs a "Publish" operation to a default session without any description.
