# sk114989 - "Untrusted Enterprise Developer" message when attempting to register with SandBlast Mobile on iOS devices

## Symptoms

- When users attempt to register with MTP on their iOS device, they receive a popup message stating:   
"Untrusted Enterprise Developer "iPhone Distribution: LACOON SECURITY LTD" has not been trusted on this iPhone. Until this developer has been trusted, their enterprise apps will not be available for use."

## Cause

This is an expected behavior. Lacoon Security LTD is the original developer of the MTP application before they were integrated with Check Point Software. Users will need to manually 'trust' the developer as seen below before the MTP application can be installed.
