## Symptoms

- * Output of "`cphaprob state`" command shows that the cluster member is "`Down`".

* Output of "`cphaprob -l list`" command on the problematic cluster member shows that the Critical Device "Interface Active Check" reports its state as "`problem`".

* In the output of 'cphaprob -l list' the pnote Interface Active Check is in a problem state.
* Output of "`cphaprob -a if`" command on the problematic cluster member shows one of the cluster interfaces as "`Disconnected`".

  The same interface is shown as "`UP`" on the working cluster member.
