# sk114352 - Unable to find new users when creating access role / user groups

## Symptoms

- * Cannot find any user when searching for Specific users/groups to create a new access role or user group.  

* CPM debug (`$FWDIR/scripts/cpm_debug.sh -t crud webservices publish -s DEBUG`) shows:

## Cause

The LDAPS fingerprint has expired. This is separate from the username/password which can be set to "*never expire*".
