## Symptoms

- * Intermittently, users are not authenticated by the Identity Awareness gateway.

* Output of "`pdp monitor ip <IP_address_of_the_host_machine>`" command during the issue does not show any information about the users.

## Cause

Multiple users have logged in from the same Host within the user session timeout (by default, user session timeout is 720 min / 12 hrs).

Once the same IP address had over 7 (by default) user session updated from AD server, the Identity Awareness gateway marks that Host as Multi-User Host, and additional User events from that Host are ignored.

This solution requires authentication. Please log in to view the full solution.
