# sk113409 - R80 SmartConsole Uninstaller does not appear in Windows Control Panel

## Symptoms

- When trying to Uninstall R80 SmartConsole from Control Panel \> Programs and Features, the Uninstaller does not appear on the list.

## Solution

Uninstall the SmartConsole using Uninstaller in a hidden folder under ProgramFiles(x86):

1. Go to '**Control Panel** \> **Folder Options'**.
2. Click on "**View** " Tab \> enable "**Show hidden files, folders, or drives**".
3. Browse to '**ProgramFiles(x86)** \> **InstallShield Installation Information** \> **{F29C8957-4268-4505-A717-C0F75F6B075E}**'.
4. Open "**setup.exe**".

This will start the Uninstallation of the SmartConsole.
