# sk113397 - �Cannot resolve MEP Gateway� error in the SmartView Tracker logs on 1100 gateway, when the external link is recovered

## Symptoms

- * "Cannot resolve MEP Gateway" error in SmartView Tracker of 1100 appliance when VPN star community is configured with Multiple Entry Points (MEP) feature enabled.  

* The 1100 appliance is configured as satellite gateway and several Check Point appliances are configured as the Centrally managed gateways.  

* Randomly, once the external link of the 1100 (used to passes VPN traffic) is disconnected and reconnected again, VPN traffic passes only in one direction - from the center gateways toward the 1100.
