# sk113363 - Remote Access users do not receive their proper LDAP information (Groups/Roles)

## Symptoms

- * Remote Access users do not receive their proper LDAP information (Groups/Roles).
* Rules that use Access Roles will not work correctly.
* Users are still able to authenticate and receive an Office Mode IP Address.

## Cause

The *do_ldap_fetch* option for the *realms_for_blades* container was set to "false" on the firewall object. This prevents the firewall from contacting the DC to gather the LDAP groups for the user.
