# sk113256 - "View Data" option in DLP logs fails with "File fetching is still in progress. Please try again later" error

## Symptoms

- * "`File fetching is still in progress. Please try again later`" error when clicking on "`View Data`" in a DLP log in SmartView Tracker or trying to open the link to the summary or individual report.  

* Debug of FWD daemon (per [sk86321](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk86321)) on the Log Server shows:  

  `CBlobCacheMgr::SaveBlobToCache: Error executing: insert into BLOB_CACHE values (...), error disk I/O error`

  OR   

  `CBlobCacheMgr::SaveBlobToCache: Error executing: insert into BLOB_CACHE values ("{2CA4D99E-EBFC-3A47-B5DE-34FB2206F4B4}00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000", -1407939014, "NONE", 0, 1519660795, "waiting", 1519660739, "Threat Emulation", "CN=gw,O=domain..v5janx"), error table BLOB_CACHE has 10 columns but 9 values were supplied`

## Cause

The `$FWDIR/log/dlp_blob_cache.db` file does not exist.

The $FWDIR/log/dlp_blob_cache.db file exists but is corrupted.
