# sk113254 - When connecting to 1100/1400/1500/1800 appliances, Capsule VPN/Capsule Connect unable to reach resources in encryption domain

## Symptoms

- * Capsule Connect/VPN (iOS/Android) clients are able to connect to the gateway, however are unable to reach internal resources.
* PC Endpoint Security clients are working properly.

## Cause

Issue is caused as the Remote Access encryption domain is set to "same as gateway".

This causes Capsule clients to download an empty encryption domain.
