## Symptoms

- "The requested destination is not configured for this user's group in the Mobile Access policy" error message in SmartView Tracker while opening web application.

## Cause

The DNS servers under 'GW object \> Mobile Access \> Name Resolution' are only **external** DNS servers. Consequently, the application URL "Link in portal" is resolved to a public IP address and not to the IP address included in the "Authorized Location" of the Web Application.
