## Symptoms

- * Threat Emulation traffic between Security Gateway and Threat Emulation appliance fails.
* Files downloads and e-mail attachments are being blocked.
* TED debug `(tecli debug set TE all)` is showing in `$FWDIR/log/ted.elg*`:  

  ```
  [TE_CLOUD (TD::Events)] te::RemoteInvestigator::MatchRemoteGatewayIndex: The remote:X.X.X.X is asleep finding alternative
  [TE_CLOUD (TD::Events)] te::RemoteInvestigator::GetImplForHandle: All Remote are asleep sending with unForcing
  ```

* SmartView Monitor shows "Error: network connectivity error. Verify that internet connection is up and that Proxy/DNS setting are correct".

## Cause

Port 18194 which is used for Threat Emulation communication between Security Gateway and Threat Emulation appliances is blocked.
