# sk112722 - "NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID" error when using HTTPS Inspection

## Symptoms

- User sees "NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID" error in browser after enabling HTTPS inspection.

## Solution

Import the HTTPS Inspection certificate to "Third-Party Root Certification Authorities" store on Windows machine. After importing the certificate should be trusted.

Verify if the certificate is properly imported as follows:

1. Run *certmgr.msc*

2. Expand "Certificates - Third-Party Root Certification Authorities".
