## Symptoms

- * Policy installation from R80.x SmartConsole fails with `"Operation incomplete due to timeout"` error.

* The ***'install_policy_timeout'*** value ([sk38893](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk38893)) does not affect the communication between the Security Management and Gateway in R80, even though configured using the GuiDBedit Tool.
