## Symptoms

- Reports does not show browse time for R80 SmartEvent.

## Cause

In previous versions of SmartEvent the "Browse Time" filter was implied and included in reports already.

Starting at NGSE, up to R80 currently, the SmartEvent Reports does not include Browse Time by default thus a filter needs to be applied.

## Solution

To launch legacy SmartEvent GUI with R80 SmartConsole

1. Open SmartConsole \> Logs \& Monitor

2. Click the (+) to open a Catalog (new tab).

3. Choose the report that we want to edit.

4. Select Options

5. Select "Report Filter"

6. Click the + (plus) button to add a filter

To Edit the report

1. In the reports tab choose the report that you would like to edit

2. Most pages contains tables that display browse time information thus you should edit the "Table Settings"

3. Click "Add Field" and search for "Browse Time"

4. Click "Ok"

You should now be able to view the browse time in the reports table. This may be applied to most pages in the Application \& URL filtering reports and custom reports.
