# sk111952 - "This page can't be displayed" instead of Mobile Access Portal due to corruption in $CPAPACHEDIR/conf/cp-httpd.conf file

## Symptoms

- * "`This page can't be displayed`" error in web browser instead of Mobile Access Portal.

* Output of "`ps auxw | grep httpd`" command on Mobile Access Gateway shows that httpd process is in \<defunct\> state.

* *$CVPNDIR/conf/httpd.startlog* file on Mobile Access Gateway repeatedly shows:

  `httpd: Syntax error on line 1 of /opt/CPshrd-R77/conf/multiportal/httpd-conf/sslvpn/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 18 of /opt/CPshrd-R77/web/Apache/2.2.0/conf/cp-httpd.conf: Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/_APACHEDIR_/modules/libmod_setenvif.so into server: /usr/local/apache2/_APACHEDIR_/modules/libmod_setenvif.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory`
* *$CPAPACHEDIR/conf/cp-httpd.conf* file on Mobile Access Gateway shows:

  `LoadModule setenvif_module _APACHEDIR_/modules/libmod_setenvif.so`  
  `
  LoadModule headers_module _APACHEDIR_/modules/libmod_headers.so`  
  `
  LoadModule reqtimeout_module _APACHEDIR_/modules/libmod_reqtimeout.so`

## Cause

Corruption in the *$CPAPACHEDIR/conf/cp-httpd.conf* file.

The path contains "*_APACHEDIR_* " instead of "*/opt/CPshrd-R77/web/Apache/2.2.0*".
