# sk111787 - "vsx_util remove_member" command repeatedly fails with error "A previous remove member operation did not complete"

## Symptoms

- * Last time the "*vsx_util remove_member*" command was executed to remove one of the VSX Cluster members (e.g., "Member_A"), it finished with errors about "Installing Security Policy" stage to other cluster members.

* The "*vsx_util remove_member* " command to remove *another* of the VSX Cluster members (e.g., "Member_B") repeatedly fails with error "`A previous remove member operation did not complete for <Name of VSX Cluster Member>`" (i.e., "Member_A")

* The VSX Cluster member that was removed at the beginning ("Member_A") appears neither in SmartDashboard (connected to Security Management Server / Main Domain Management Server), nor in "*vsx_util reconfigure* " menu, nor in "*vs_slot_objects*" table in GuiDBedit Tool.

## Cause

The "*op_status*" instance for the VSX cluster object in Management Database is still referring to the removed VSX cluster member.
